I truly want to be completely transparent as possible with what happens when you submit an order. It is very important that you read the following before submitting your order.

Please be sure to double-check all your choices in your shopping cart before you submit your order. Once the order is submitted and processed there are "transaction fees" that are charged. These transaction fees become a non-refundable "Restocking Fee", even if you cancel your order.

For example: If you have submitted your "Open Edition" order and find that you want to make changes to your order, it is imperative that you contact me immediately. To allow customers to make changes or cancel an order, I have instituted a 24-hour delay before your order is processed and sent to the print provider. You only have 12 hours to contact me directly to make changes to, or cancel your order. If you wish to completely cancel your order the non-refundable "Restocking Fees" still apply.

Once the order for an "Open Edition" print is received by my print provider and goes into production, it becomes a sale. At this point, all sales become final. Refunds and cancellations are not available. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me and voice your concerns. I will do my best to make it "right".
